PORTLAND ATTORNEY CO-AUTHOR OF AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION TREATISE ON EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION LITIGATION PORTLAND, MAINE - Peter Bennett, President of The Bennett Law Firm, P.A. has been featured by the American Bar Association in its recently published book entitled "Employment Discrimination Litigation: Developments and Strategies." Bennett has authored a chapter entitled "Mediating or Arbitrating an Employment Discrimination Case." The book provides strategies for handling claims and reviews emerging issues related to recent developments in the law of employment discrimination litigation. Peter Bennett is President of The Bennett Law Firm, P.A. a Portland, Maine based law firm which specializes in representing management on issues of employment and labor law throughout New England. Bennett is also the past-Chair of the Employer/Employee Relations Committee of the American Bar Association's Tort and Insurance Practice Section and has been nominated to the Section's governing board. He has authored chapters in numerous books on employment and insurance law. Bennett received an A.B. degree cum laude in Economics from Harvard College as well as J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Boston University, where he was an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar. |
