BENNETT TO LEAD SESSION ON EMPLOYMENT LAW.

Peter Bennett, Management, Labor and Employment Law Attorney at The Bennett Law Firm, P.A., will present sessions on Employee Handbooks and Tips for Preventing and Handling Employment Claims at “Advanced Issues in Maine Employment Law” on November 6, 2001. The seminar is hosted by the National Business Institute and will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Portland, Maine. Bennett will lead this two-hour session beginning at 11:30 a.m. The presentation, one of three to be made by attorneys from Maine, will focus on strategic advice for management, court decisions, statutes and recent developments in the area of employment law from the past year.
