PORTLAND, MAINE ATTORNEY RICK FINBERG PRESENTER AT VIRTUAL EDUCATION FORUM ON FMLA LEAVES

PORTLAND, MAINE – RICK FINBERG, a management attorney specializing in labor relations and employment law was a presenter at a Virtual Education Forum held on April 27, 2004. The program was sponsored by Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) and Unum-Provident Corporation. Mr. Finberg addressed the participants on “FMLA Leaves – Time Management Techniques to Maximize Efficiency.”
Mr. Finberg is a shareholder and director of The Bennett Law Firm, a Portland, Maine based law firm which specializes in representing management on issues of employment and labor law throughout New England. He frequently speaks at labor and employment seminars and has also spoken at the national level on labor and employment issues. Mr. Finberg is a member of the Cumberland County, Maine State and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.
